You will just need to contact us with your order number and we will email you a prepaid royal mail 1st class return postage label, and once we have it back, we will refund you including your shipping costs. No printer? no problem, we will post it to you.

If after the 30 days something is not up to the high standards you expect, we will send out a replacement at no extra cost to you!
